Hi Sam, thanks so much for taking the time out to do this interview. 

Can you tell us about your background, and what inspired you to pursue a career in investing?

I was in college during the .com bubble and got interested when some friends were making 50x their money randomly buying tech stocks. 

I opened a Datek.com account and began using what I learned from John Train’s book, The Money Masters, which was unfortunately filled with stories of contrarians talking about how they made money buying industrials at 3x earnings.
